The official language of these Terms and Conditions of Use is Bulgarian. Any doubt in their translation must be validated against the official language version.

The lack of such a contract or agreement results in the assumption that the upload user/sender of the matter acknowledges his/her right to reproduce it. The upload user/sender acknowledges that Prizma 66 OOD prohibits any material that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, right to privacy, right to publicity, or any other applicable law or proprietary right to be uploaded to its Internet Platform.
